Ughh! Alll day we practice, practice, practice!
===========================
I can't wait!
Our winter musical for school is tomorrow and I'm so excited! We've been working on it for over a month now, and I hope it paid off. We performed for the 4th graders today. I wonder what they thought about it.
I can just ask my brother and his friends,
but knowing he's brother, he will say he didn't like it.
Genna told me she was kind of nervous in front of them because she knows my bro. and his friends.
They were staring at me the whole time.
Well, I'm still thinking what to write..
Oh yeah! Wyatt is the Santa Claus! It's really funny,
because when he walks out everyone stares at him and forgets their lines.
Wednsday we have my church practice again. Me and my friends get to be talking trees.
See ya,
Me.

All about my hometown
Hello everyone! Ever wonder where I'm blogging from? Well, I'm blogging from my school, but where is my school you ask? It's in Sparta! Here is a podcast My friends and I have created to show you some of the buisnesses involved in our community. My aunt owns Foxhole so I got to take a picture when nobody was there. I hope all of this work finally paid off! Enjoy!

EBlog: Plans for Thanksgiving Break
As usual, my birthday is near Thanksgiving. I celebrate it with pumpkin pie and icecream bars. Then, on
Thanksgiving day, my grandma is borrowing my kitchen to make a huge supper while my family and I go to my
other grandparents. Once we're there, we usually help set up. Then more people start coming. Everyone brings
something to the little get-together (I'm not going to call it a party.) My brother and I stay downstairs and watch T.V
or we bring our Wii games to play on their Wii. After we eat, we go outside for a little bit to drive the fourwheeler. We
spend maybe more than two hours just on that. Later, when we go home we help serve food to our cousins.

EBlog: First of the school year '08
Well, the school year is back!
Starting off with a new book project!
"The Wanderer" is what I'm reading. I'm excited for the project though. We have to create a multimedia presentation. Austin and I are doing a YOUTUBE video telling about the book and maybe we'll act out some scenes. It's going to be fun! So far I'm on part 3 of the book.
Wednsday I had my first saftey meeting. It was kind of cool since all we had to do was sit and listen to the teacher talk, then introduce ourselves. We got done just in time for recess.
Thurdsday we started creating Math Monsters in math. My Math Monster's name is "Hollister." I think he's Japaniese.
For lunch we had a special Thanksgiving dinner. Turkey, stuffing, corn, potatoes w/ gravy, and cranberries. Our teachers served it and Mr. Stoeckly even wore a hairnet!
We are in the lab today to work on podcasting. We actually get Ipods to work with!
Bye for now.

What's Going On: News In E111
Wow! I had a very busy week! We had 2 fieldtrips. On Monday we went to Madison and on Wednsday we went to Pual Bunnyon logging camp in Eau Claire!
About Madison:
We got to take a tour of the capital! We seen many beautiful rooms. Most of the capital is made interesting stones (mostly marble). There were many mosaics and stained glass. We visited the court room and we got to sit in the chairs! We learned a lot about what takes place in each of the rooms and seen many statues. In one of the stairs there was a fossil of a starfish. There were many marble pillars that looked outstanding. Even the bathrooms looked antique and were made from marble. After we were done with our tour we took a picture of everbody. Then we ate outside on the capital grounds.
About Eau Claire:
Yesterday we traveled to Eau Claire to visit the Paul Bunnyon Logging Camp. We got to eat old-fashioned ice-cream and then we got to see how people lived a long time ago and the changes in time. Then we seen exhibits of logging materials and the jobs. We went inside a life-size model of a logging camp. We seen the kitchen, bunks, and where the trainer slept. When we were done we went to the activity room and played different games. Next we seen a movie on farm-life and finally we went home.
So that's a wrap-up of everything we did so far this weekend. Enjoy the rest of the week!

What's Going On: Over The Weekend
This weekend I went to my cousins house. A huge branch of of a tree hit her house and crashed a hole in the ceiling of her room. We helped pick up some twigs and clean out her garage. We took in cans and got money for them. Then we went to McDonalds for my cousins birthday party and I seen somebody in my class there. Than we all went to my cousins hosue after the party. Then I went shopping and by the time I got home I went to bed because it was so late. Since I was gone all day I didn't get a chance to write in my blog yesterday. Sorry! Now today is my grandmothers birthday and she will be coming over to our house.
So, that's how my weekend went. I hope you had some fun this weekend as well!

Good afternoon everyone! Today in math we talked about how to divide a 1-digit number from a much larger number. We learned about DMSB:
Divide
Multiply
Subtract
Bring-Down
In Writing class we started learning about different kinds of adjectives and we have a packet on them. We finished our "regions in Wisconsin" unit and are now continuing to do our DOL paragraphs. In Science we tried to make circuits using wires, a light bulb, a battery, and another object. We wrote predictions (on/off) depending on whether we thought it would work or not. We are continuing to write our mystery stories due the 11th. Have an awesome weekend!

More Figure-skating!
I can't wait for our big show on March 27! We started working on a new song called "The Work Song". It's really fun but we still aren't done practicing. We finished up Peppermint Twist. Oh, and now we are skating on Thursdays instead of Mondays and on Sundays so it's kind of getting a little mixed up. We just got pictures taken of us in our skating dresses. I can't wait to get them back so I can see them. Happy Tuesday!
